Guidalia MCP server

Look up places, self-guided audio itineraries, local guides and guided tours from Guidalia's catalogue, from any assistant that supports the Model Context Protocol.

Add it as a remote MCP server (streamable HTTP) in your assistant. No account, sign-in or API key is needed.

What it does

The server is read-only. It searches and describes what Guidalia publishes, and it shows when a guided tour or a guide has open start times. It does not book, pay, or change anything.

Answers come from Guidalia's published catalogue. The server does not generate content with AI and needs no account.

Tools

• search_places Returns a page of places such as sights, monuments and museums around a named city, from open data, with a Wikipedia link where one exists. Up to 20 results per page, with a cursor for the next page.
• get_place Returns the details of one place, with up to 5 nearby self-guided itineraries and up to 5 nearby guided tours.
• search_itineraries Returns a page of self-guided audio itineraries around a named city. Up to 20 results per page, with a cursor for the next page.
• get_itinerary Returns one self-guided audio itinerary with its ordered stops.
• search_guided_tours Returns a page of guided tours led by local guides around a named city, optionally limited to a language the guide speaks. Up to 20 results per page.
• get_guided_tour Returns one guided tour with its guide and a review summary.
• search_guides Returns a page of local guides around a named city, optionally limited to a language the guide speaks. Up to 20 results per page.
• get_guide Returns one local guide's public profile, with languages, specialties, review excerpts and up to 50 of the guide's tours.
• get_guided_tour_availability Returns the open start times of one guided tour within a date window of at most 14 days.
• get_guide_availability Returns the open start times for a private booking with one guide within a date window of at most 14 days.

Privacy and terms

The server processes the arguments of each tool call to answer it. For operations it records only the tool name, the outcome, the number of results and the duration of each call, and never the search text. Your IP address is used only in memory to apply rate limits and is not stored by Guidalia. No account or identity data is processed. Read the Privacy Notice and the Terms.
